The Process

Stage 1 - Consultation

We begin with a personalised consultation to discuss your ideas and specific requirements, including details and background about the person to be featured in the painting and where you envision displaying it.

Stage 2 - Concept and Proposal

You can provide me with a memorable image you already have on hand, or if you are in Melbourne I am happy to arrange a photography session to capture accurate and flattering references for the painting.

Next I will create a sketch to ensure you are happy with the pose and size of the painting before proceeding.

Stage 3 - Finishing the work

I keep in touch with my collectors throughout the painting process, and will share images of the artwork as it develops. As the painting is near completion, we will consult on the final touches and any necessary adjustments.

Stage 4 - Delivery of your Portrait

I offer shipping options for both interstate and international deliveries, ensuring that your painting reaches you wherever you are in the world.

Timeline

The entire process typically takes between 1 to 6 months, including the necessary drying time and delivery. If you have a specific deadline, please inform me, and I will make an effort to accommodate your timeline.
